Its so easy and so true...

FAT:  One out of every two people is overweight.  Its probably more like one of of every two people is obese.  Don't believe it, look around.  We are a disgustingly fat nation.

Stupid:  With the medical studies out there telling us how dangerous it is to carry around so much extra weight, we've got to be pretty stupid not to listen.  We've got to be pretty stupid to keep eating the same old processed crap, knowing that it is in fact killing us.

Lazy:  We have the facts and yet we do nothing.  We keep stuffing our fat faces, because its too hard to do the right thing (eating well, exercising, moderation).  I mean, just don't put the food in your mouth!  How hard is that, fatty?

And then we've got these idiots like that disgusting, fat black woman on some cable network who preaches that "fat is beautiful."  Or some stupid saying like that.  Fat is not beautiful.  Fat is simply saying that you're too dumb and lazy to make a change.  Argue all you want, but its the truth....
